bios timer

i need a bios program to set bios timer for some evaluation period, after the evaluation period system must ask password and evaluation period every time i start the desktop computer, and if i enter right password then the system evaluation period must increase to next certain period. there must be flexible for evaluation period that at the time of first run and after every time of asking new password and also ask new elevation period price may not be fixed and negotiated by the true programmer
