Dear Employer,
I read your post looking for a Chinese Translator and I would be very interested in applying for this job. Having many years of experience in English to Chinese Translation, I am particularly attracted by this post. I would like to find out more details about this project from you later, if possible.
Please let me briefly introduce myself. I graduated from college in 2008 and gained my bachelor degree of English literature after my four years of college study. I ended my contract working for a US company Beijing sourcing office a year ago. When I worked for China Performance Group, I was in charge of market research and China sourcing for the international clients. Working for an international company with more than 30 years of history, I was able to efficiently improve my English/Chinese translation skills and business skills in a multi-cultural environment.
Since my departure from the China Performance Group, I have become a full time freelancer on a few freelancing platforms for the past year. I have already worked for many similar translation projects and, if it is necessary, I would be more than happy to share with you the feedback given by my previous employers for the projects that I have accomplished.
I currently live in France for my study. I think this will offer me more internet freedom on information collection and a better time zone for team communications if I am selected for your projects.
I look forward to a long-term cooperation with you.
Sincerely,
Philip
