Create a Leaflet (for consumer product target at mid-high income household

This is a very straight forward fix price project: - I like to create a leaflet/brochure to sell a product - This leaflet/brochure is to distribute to MID-HIGH INCOME household - This leaflet/brochure has to have "class" and capture their attention to read further or contact for more information - I can provide a draft content and the product photo - I need help on: 1. Designing (layout, typography & picture placement) 2. Stock images (eg. pictures) 3. Paper choice (Recommendation only) Note that I am a sensitive (as in design/color/font&text placement) but reasonable project owner. :)
