American Accented Voice Wanted Urgently

Hi, I require an american accented voice to re-record an audio track on a video. I will give you the video with audio and you must note down the audio contents and re-record the video with your voice with the same voice contents. Hence you must have some sort of video editor to replace the audio track with your voice. The deliverable must be the original video with your audio track embedded in it.
