active directory ,storage box testing,handling network issus

i am looking for any kind if support project ,in linux platform of handling administration issues,cisco platform, and Microsoft in active directory, and storage box testing. as basically i am an IMS guy looking not towards programming completely,and ready to take up in cisco for the support of routing protocols support and switches support basically l2 and l3 switches . and an kind of project windows ADS in 2003 and 2k8 also.
