ALCATEL-LUCENT OmniPCX Office Help

We have an existing network and with mixed Analog, Numerical and IP phones managed by our Alcatel OmniPCX Office. We are planning to add couples others phones .. but some how .. we found that the Alcatel OmniPCX Office is reacting a little bit slow lately and we wonder if there is some kind of maintenance or configs we can do to improved performences and reactions time. I asked to the manufacturer if there is a way to add extra 512 MB RAM memory. They told me that we can't and we will have to purchase another ALCATEL Power CPU .. That's not possible and will cost too much on our budget. I am looking for someone that are an expert in ALCATEL OMNIPCX OFFICE products and configurations.
