The successful candidate will be a consummate and credible sales professional selling a sophisticated range of MPS services. The role is focussed purely on new business partnerships and is suited to people who are \'sales hungry\' and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results.\r\nThe Business Development Intern will be responsible for:\r\no Presenting XOS MPS to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.\r\no Lead generation and appointment setting\r\no Actively and successfully managing the sales cycle: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution; pitch; negotiation;\r\no a brief of managed print service market industry and collecting competitor intelligence.\r\no Representing XOS at industry events and tradeshows to maximise opportunities for growth.\r\n\r\nSkills, Qualities, Knowledge and Experience required\r\no Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.\r\no A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.\r\no Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.\r\no Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks.\r\no Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.\r\no Excellent organisational and time management skills.\r\no A positive attitude to dealing with people.\r\no Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual.\r\n
