Appointment Setter

Hi, We provide retirement plan services and insurance to individuals and business and I am currently looking to outsource our appointment setter job. Below are the requirements. 1) We are only looking for appointment setters with past experience in telemarketing industry have some knowledge of finance and most importantly possess the skills required to set a quality appointment. 2)Proficient in speaking English language is a must. 3) This job has an hourly base of $3 USD per hour + $10 per appointment that occurs (low quality appointments that are set usually will not occur and will not get the $10 bonus) + $80 per appointment that is closed. After 10 of your appointments are closed your pay will jump up to $4/hr plus $12 per appointment occurred and $100 per appointment that is closed. There will be a similar raise after each 10 appointments that are closed. We are hoping to find someone who can be successful and will be working with our firm for a long time 4) Must possess Skype or IP phones to call US. Clear sound quality of your Skype is a must when calling the clients. Must be able to put call details for appointments in spreadsheets and email them immediately after the call. We will provide the business lead list scrubbed against US DNC. Agents should be able to set 2-4 appointments per day. 5)Sales agent must have knowledge of basic Finance- Stock Market. 6)Sales agent must have a friendly and customer oriented attitude as this will determine your success in setting appointments and satisfying customers needs. 7)Selected agents will have to go through our few stages of test and training to be deem fit to start work. 8)APPOINTMENT SETTER MUST BE ABLE TO WORK DURING US WORKING HOURS. 9)Weekly pay should be around $250-300/wk to start after 10 closed sales should be closer to $350/wk and could climb as high as $700/wk after 50 appointments have been closed by our reps. Payments will be made after appointments have occurred and will be paid at the end of every week via Paypal. Please, we are not interested people who like to give excuses for not being able to do the job as promised. So if you are one of them please do not bid.
