Patent claims, Specifications, SPI, Synchronous serial interface, Light Modulation

I need several concise paragraphs written about SP Synchronous Serial Interface, also known as Phase Encoding, that is, e.g. Clock High, Data Low, Manchester. I also need my current patent edited so that it represents the claims in the patent. The patent is several pages long, and is well written. Much of the patent does not need editing. The specifications in the patent must be edited. The claims need to be edited. There are several patents existing which will suggest inspiration for wording which will be acceptable by the U.S. Patent Office. The Patent Examiner has provided me with guidelines about the changes that need to be made to the patent. I claim our patent novel because the communicaton occurs due to the modulation of light.
