We require someone who is an experienced QA 'mastermind' and very familiar with the developmental process as it relates to launching and rapidly iterating web environments and frameworks. The project goal is to produce a "playbook" - aka user guide/instruction manual/overview of how to conduct thorough QA, document various use cases, list out the necessary tools and their functions, etc. The playbook is intended to enable and educate clients for whom web projects have been build on HOW TO adequately and systematically QA the delivered product. This will also be used to teach future employees on the QA process and serve as a checklist. The individual awareded the project will work with our senior developers to get an understanding the framework and subsequently document all the elements for testing and QA.

Hello, I've been working as a software tester for more than 8 years and as test manager for more than 4 years. Leading cross project teams for up to 12 test engineers I have set up software testing and QA processes for 4 different clients and tailored existing processes to fit customer needs many times. I have an experience writing down such guides, and I am pretty sure I can do that once again for you. Before we agree, I would like to note that it is important to have good understanding of what we are trying to achieve. It is also very important to have good collaboration with all the stakeholders - not only the developers, but managers, business analysts and product owners. Otherwise the document we will have as a result will be only a theoretical exercise with minimal practical value. I would like to discuss some more details about the SDLC processes and tools you use, to get better understanding of your way doing things before the take off. Sincerely, Dmitry

Hi All, Here is why I am the best writer for your 'playbook' on QA: 1 - My part-time job is in a software company, documenting the programmer's work. 2 - I wrote a book myself, a few years ago, which made it to the top selling book of the summer in that country. 3 - I am very good at talking through technical processes and procedures, with programming teams who develop complex and rapidly evolving web applications, and then putting things simply and logically down on paper. 4 - I am patient, very well organized and diligent in my work. 5 - This is my first bid on freelancer, as I am trying to get some extra income. As it will be my first job, I will be extra diligent and extra obliging! Thank you for considering my bid. Kind regards, Kat
