CO - Author needed for a text book on Smoothies, Health benefits and production methods

Hello I am looking for a First class / Masters Graduate in the Food and Nutrition or in any related field, who will work hand in hand with me as a co-author with me to write a text book on smoothies.

The text book will feature a range of 200 types of smoothies, Its method of preparation, Its method of Serving, Its method of Preservation and its nutritional benefits as it cures alot of the common diseases like hypertension and diabetes.

To make the book more professional I will require a set of pictures to represent each of the fruits which the smoothies is composed of and I will also require a pictorial representation the preparation, Serving, Preservation techniques and nutritional benefits of each smoothie.

The smoothies in this book will be categorized on the basis of its nutritional benefits as cures to common forms of diseases like Hypertension, diabetes etc.

Attached to this message is a draft of the Smoothies types and preparation technique, which I then require a qualified freelancer to then taking up the job of putting it in the format as described above.

I need you to have at least a masters degree in Food and Nutrition Qualification in order to qualify for this job. In addition to paying you for this job, I may consider putting you as one of my co-authors although this is subject to how much I pay you for the work. Please note that the pay proposed in this advert is subject to a per monthly basis.
