Asterisk Set up (VOIP ONLY)

We require an asterisk server + GUI configured for IVR and VOIP use. There are no PSTN lines involved, it will be purely VOIP. No phone cards/sound cards involved. Programs have been installed, but if necessary can be reinstalled. we require the following: *2-3 SIP accounts for incoming calls (much prefer to not use an outside SIP account for this) * voicemail directed to email address * configuration of outside provider of SIP for outgoing calls. * ability to transfer calls from one SIP like to another * Basic IVR configuration, only 2-3 menu items. * detailled logs kept, particularly on incoming calls and wait times. * Optional, but very much desired - an automated menu to take payment information by punching numbers into the phone and storing input. The GUI would be used by us after that to make config changes, ie add more SIPs, change IVR settings, etc We'd prefer someone who can complete the work by Sun 12th Oct
