Cisco 3700 Router Firmware Upgrade

I already have higher IOS file which is BGP compliant. I am able to update this onto your router as long as you could provide me a remote desktop communication to your computer which is connected to your cisco 3700 router. Simply task, but need the correct and accurate procedure, otherwise your router would broke forever.

Supply image and upgrade. Work will be done remotely.

Require remote access to device. This is for 2 hours. The upgrade should take approximately two hours. We require a TFTP server on the local side to ensure upgrade can be done in the time specified.

I can definitely do this with some caveats. First a little background - I've been dealing with Cisco equipment since 1994 - In my current job I support around 3000 users over 5 different sites with around 30 routers from the Cisco 2600 series up to 7206VXR routers, Catalyst 6509 core switches and 3750G switch/routers, around 400 Cisco 3560G switches and two 7206VXR internet routers with BGP routing to the internet. We recently had to upgrade the IOS and Firmware on all of them to be PCI compliant (and yes, we passed the PCI audit and are PCI compliant). Second: Cisco is a little bit picky about IOS licensing - basically they want you to have a SmartNET contract on your devices - so there may be some Cisco/legal issues with this. The other challenge will be accessing the router - generally it's a good idea to have a computer available on the same network as the router. In the case of problems you should have a computer that has a serial port with a Cisco serial cable connected to the router and possibly someone near the router that could reboot it.

I am working as Sr.N/w Engg and i will supply you the orginal Cisco IOS Software, for 3700 Software (C3745-IPVOICE-M), Version 12.3(14)T3, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2),TFTP server on CD with firmware upgrade using TFTP on warranty for 1 year from date of upgrade. Job will be completed in less than 1 hrs including complete backup $ restoring

I can do this upgrade remotely or come onsite if you are located in the dallas or surrounding area. I currently administrate a multi-site network made up of only Cisco Routers and Switches and have been at this position the last 4 years. We will need to discuss how this is going to happen if you are interested in hiring me for the porject. It doesn't matter if I do it onsite or remotely but If i do it remotely I would need someone there to connect a computer with a serial port to the console port on the router. I will need remote access to that computer either via VPN, VNC, or logmein so that i can install a tftp application. At that point I would transfer a backup of the routers current running and startup configuration via tftp to the locally connected computer. I would also backup the current IOS on the router via tftp. I've done these types of upgrades several times. I just did one a few weeks ago on a $200,000 Cisco Core 6509 switch with routing module to facilitate the support of a new gigabit 48port blade that I installed.
