Certify farm shed designs

I manufacturer Industrial buildings and farm sheds from steel purlins and would like a engineer who understands light steel structures to check that they will with stand the elements including wind loadings ,and that they comply with the local councils and the Australian design code for light steel structures , the engineer needs to be able to certify the buildings and think out side the square .
