Buongiorno, io ho molti contatti: mail, linkedIn, biglietti da visita e altro. Sto cercando un CRM che gestisca i contatti, possa assegnare categorie, gestisca aggiornamenti sullo stato (chiamato, da contattare). E' necessario che possa importare i contatti dall'esterno, inserendo solo i nuovi. Se fosse possibile cerco un software gratuito o con un piccolo prezzo iniziale, magari con la possibilità di acquistare espansioni. Fino ad ora ho usato excell ma ho bisogno di qualcosa di più strutturato. Spero di essere stata chiara.

Buongiorno, sono un sviluppatore senior Microsoft da oltre 20 anni. Non credo esista un software gratuito con queste caratteristiche e un CRM propio no: negli anni ne ho realizzati diversi, ma la complessità è tale da richiedere molto lavoro e di conseguenza costi elevati. Se mi descrive meglio le funzionalità di base del prodotto e cosa intende per 'importare' (dal web, da Outlook, da un database, ecc.) posso formularle un costo più preciso. Magari inizialmente inseriamo solo le funzionalità minime necessarie e mano a mano lo espandiamo. Noi freelencer non possiamo comunicare con voi datori di lavoro, in base alle regole di Freelancer.com, perciò se vuole mi può contattare tramite la loro chat, anche solo per chiarirci meglio.
