Write some Software

We own a lawn and landscape maintenance company. We don't deal with a lot of work orders or things like that since our industry is maintenance. We are seeking someone to develop simple software for us to allow for data compilation for time spent on properties as to know which properties are properly time estimated and priced. Here's what we need in total: -The ability to create a recurring weekly route list in the office and assign it to a said crew. Each day will have a certain group of properties. -The ability to change a route list in real-time while the crews are gone during the day. -The ability to add a work order (special instructions) to a given property as needed -The crew leader needs to be able to look at the previous day and next days list. -The crew leader needs to be able to click on the customers name and have a map pop-up *in application* of how to get there from their current location -The crew leader needs to click start/stop at the beginning and end of each day -The crew leader needs to click start/stop at the beginning and end of each property -The crew leader needs to be able to enter the number of workers on his crew at the start of the day so that the average man-hours per property isn't affected because there was a missing or extra worker. I have sketched a very simple image of what I picture the software looking like as far as ease of layout for the crew leader.
