Develop .NET SSMS add-in for SQL Server unit test management - Reposted

We need a new SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) add-in tool to allow SQL Server unit test management using an existing unit test framework To clarify in the reposted project, no changes in the specs: A) This project covers add-in implementation and "plugging in" already existing functionality into SSMS UI - unit testing functionality already exists within the tSQLt project we want to use B) We can reconsider the span of required SSMS versions support if there is a quicker way to complete the project (i.e. to use only VsPackages framework for add-in development and support only newer SSMS versions) We need several deliverables: 1) A common .NET wrapper library to support add-in integration into multiple SSMS versions 2) Add-in product based on the previously prepared library and following provided functional specs 3) Written test plan and detailed test cases 4) Quality assurance done by the selected team/freelancer and fixing all bugs found during the process In the attached archive we've included: 1) Detailed functional requirements 2) Internal coding standards Our internal development team will be available to answer all technical questions and uncertainties before and during the work on the project, and to provide additional project clarification, assistance Project will be accepted after our internal developer and QA teams receive all deliverables and complete source code per included instructions, and: a) The code we receive is functional and is following supplied internal coding standards b) Final deliverables are based on and cover all functional requirements c) Quality and performance are sufficient so there are no remaining issues / bugs with common use cases for the required functionality
