Custom POS AND ACCOUNTING SYSTEM - in Grails/Groovy/Java (must have proven experience in these)

I require the development of an accounting system for my Travel Agency. To be developed using Grails 2.5.* / Groovy / Java & to be integrated into an already existing order System YOU MUST HAVE GRAILS EXPERIENCE For accounts we currently we use QBs 2015 . It is not a perfect fit and I want to have everything on line, plus integrated with the order system. This is an outline of what I need but cannot be considered a 100% final as I am sure I will have missed some minor functionality - I am looking for an agile developer that will work with me to bring us to a suitable working product that can replace the systems we use now for the same thing ACCOUNTS FEATURES * Accounts - Multi Currency - individual for each of - bank accounts, cash boxes/safes, paypal (ability to add/create as needed) - linked to an exchange rate. Ability to handle "transfer in progress" * Operator / Supplier Accounts - Containing supplier, details (contacts, email, tel/cel, websites etc) , show balance (credti/debit) owed to operators for tours, hotels, transport items etc , show the individual bookings made with them (which are entered through the POS system) (searchable by date, created, start date and others) , make/record payments to them. N.B the bookings system is already created and it contains , "operators" and "Reservations" and "Customers" - this needs utilizing to link into the accounting system. Some operators we have credit lines with and pay weekly , monthly or random times , some others we have prepaid accounts with (for example some airline systems, some bus ticket systems we pay XXX amound in advance and each issued ticket comes of that balance) * Expense Categories - need to be able to create / disable Categories and sub categories as needed , such as for example INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY and sub cats Hardware, Software, Hosting, Internet Connection etc * Reports / balances - series of reports available such as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly reports for balances sheets, individual reports for suppliers -customizable report system. * Purchases / Expenses - - create / disable Categories and sub categories as needed * Customer Orders - linked to a PO number linked to orders places in the MIS system - Sales Rep Name, Items Ordered, Date Ordered, Start/end dates (in MIS) - is ONLINE, OFFICE1 or OFFICE2 sale - Ultimately the sales will come from POS system automatically * Items / Products (that we sell) - linked to the MIS - all the products that we sell - tours, hotel rooms, transport etc - net prices, selling prices, operator/supplier, * Wages / Payroll (linked to Timeclock system) - calculate automatically Wages - if set wage monthly or if hourly calculate the amount from the clocked in [login to view URL] / advances to staff * Refunds / Cancelations - need to be able to make adjustments for the percentages , any fines/ discounts etc * An Accounts DASHBOARD / Frontpage that can show alerts like paid credit running below a certain threshold so we need to deposit more * Full access to all features only granted to account staff with permissions and management users. Ability to see some certain information granted to others (such as individual daily sales date for each user (their own and the other sales staff) should be available to all users - this is useful for troubleshooting sometimes. Additionally required is a POS system linked in to both order / accounting system and a Timeclock system (linkedi into accounting and ability to create payslips , calculate wages) but character limitations here stop me from putting the full explanation. I will require that who I choose to develop this always provides with support to fix issues for at least 6 months after going live (if you offer more then better and this can be an element of your proposal)
