So you need to manage 5 companies from a centralized system. I was checking with your document to get the overview of the system. But honestly this is not possible to digest the full requirement within few hours. Still, I have tried to gather information and here I am trying to plot my understandings. But just a request that do not award me the project until I will discuss and clear on this requirement. Procurement Work Flow: - Can you please clarify me from where you will pool Business Opportunities? Is this something where user will input it? - You want to collect the documents and each BO will contain a folder. Now, my question is would you will use your server to kept the document or you will store it in cloud, like Amazon? - When you are going to send the result to client, is there will be any system output or it would be done manually? - Proposal will be uploaded as a doc or there would be form as a pre-defined format? As I can see there needs others 4 department input - When the submission time would be defined? - As I see there needs a process where tender needs to send to client. I am assuming it would send via email, is it correct? - Tender submission form would received via email or via system? - Contract Sign, can you please let me know what would be there? Is this will be a defined format and user needs to fill it and signed digitally?
