Need a simple 1-click application to extract data from multiple pages of a PDF file and convert into 1 single Microsoft Excel workbook/sheet.
A PDF file consisting of single or multiple Invoices and some irrelevant forms.
Each page of separate invoices, all have the same fixed template of information.
Need to extract the data from each of those invoices and place as individual rows of 1 single Excel sheet. Following are the heads required in Excel, with their corresponding PDF data to be put under each of them:
EXCEL HEAD - Data required and location in PDF
INVOICE NO - Alphanumeric string after "Invoice Number :"
BUYER - The first line of bold alphabetical string under the head of "BUYER" in invoice
PIN - The 6 digit numeric string after "PIN" under the head of "BUYER" in invoice
PRODUCT - The complete string under the head of "Item Description" before "Order No."
SUBORDER NO - The numeric string after "Suborder No.: " under the head of "Item Description"
RATE - The numeric string under the head "Rate" in invoice
TAX - The numeric string under the head "Tax" before the beginning of left parenthesis i.e. before "(x %)"
TOTAL - The numeric staring under the head "Amount" in invoice
SNAPDEAL REF NO - The alphanumeic string right under the lower bar-code in the invoice
SHIPPING - The alphabetical string right above the higher bar-code in the invoice
SHIPPING TRACK ID - The numeric string right under the higher bar-code in the invoice
Please refer to the attached sample files.
"Input PDF" has 7 pages - 5 invoices to be processed as described above and 2 irrelevant form pages that are to be ignored.
"Output EXCEL" has 1 single Excel worksheet with the 5 invoices of the PDF converted into 5 rows as described above.
Need a simple application file which when executed does the whole process and outputs an Excel worksheet.
4 More Fields are to be fetched from the PDF and exported to Excel
1. City Name - Name of the City of Buyer
2. Buyer Mobile No.
3. SKU ID Mentioned on left side of the page below item name
4. Date - mentioned Next to Invoice No. / Invoice date
If the Quantity is More than 1 , in that case there will be 2 sub order ids , in such case there shall be multiple rows corresponding to such page, if quantity =2 then 2 rows, if quantity = 3 then 3 rows and so on..
