Additional changes to discord bot cog

Hello I have a script that i use on discord. I need some changes to it that i dont know how to do. This is the scripts code [login to view URL] when this is giving output it looks like [login to view URL] I want it to do two things, I want it to display a image off a defind url for each of the operators names. So the output would say "your operator is Ash ( image would go here next to it or below it) and also an area to add some text. The other thing i wanted was for this script to embed correctly.
