Adaptation and enlargements for existing 3D software

Our software \"Vasco da Gama\" should be adapted on new osgEarth engine \"Rex\", furthermore different visual effects should be added, like ocean rendering, atmosphere scattering etc. For this we search for a software developer with experience in C++, OpenGL, Shader development, osgEarth and OSG.
In the first step the engine should be adapted by \"MP\" to \"REX\", moreover the shader path must be changed and different shader effects adapted, so that all effects are illustrated as before. (Rex already works with Vasco da Gama but some shader don\'t work the way they should)
In the second step the seamless terrain morphing should be activated (works already).. Here it is necessarily to adapt the EarthManipulator too, so that the camera elevation isn\'t influenced by the elevation of the terrain. Another point would be the adaptation of the itinerary which must follow the elevation data of the terrain, so that these do not lead through the mountains and are not seen. The elevation changes of the itinerary have to go as the terrain seamless, so that this has always the same elevation like the shown terrain/mountains elevation.
Because of the terrain elevation there must be adjusted many small things like:
o All ground objects (3d objects and text) must be placed automatically to the ground level.
o Vehicles must be oriented (pitch roll yaw) automatically too.
In the third step the visual effects follow. Here effects are added like:
o Ocean rendering with reflection map (like Proland engine, source is available)
o Atmosphere scattering (like Proland engine, source is available)
o Better shadow techniques
o Depth of field.

Requirements -
-Experienced with C++, OpenGL, osgEarth and OSG.
-Understands the flow, knows how to communicate(English) and respond.
-At least 3 years of experience.
-Can finish the work (entirely!) as per schedule (within 3-4 month).
-we will have a fixed price that is accepted by both parties that are needed for the work to be completed.
