ActionScript / RTMFP file replication

Develop an ActionScript class using RTMFP Groups object replication and Adobe Cirrus to replicate files from a source machine to multiple recipient machines. Develop a test framework that allows this class to be tested. ## Deliverables Knowledge of how BitTorrent works would be helpful to understand the more detailed requirements. This is the first phase of a multi-part project. If this phase is successful, there will be additional work to productize this.
