With an overall goal of making it easier for Partners and Appypos to support increased transactional volume. We facilitate change management across operational teams and lead employment of new process, policies, and technologies. As a PPSI Program Manager you will be responsible for leading these efforts as they relate to new processes, policies, and systems in the Partner and internal operational space.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Project/Program Management
• Manage and drive worldwide process, policy and system changes/implementations from beginning to end
• Manage projects as assigned to improve partner and internal cross-functional experience
• Coordinate partner and internal requirements
• Manage core team and meetings
• Assist team members in planning, estimating, and controlling tasks
• Define project schedule and resource plan
• Develop the business case for technology programs/ projects
• Work closely with other functional areas to manage global program launches ensuring a timely and efficient change management process
• Deliver programs to improve efficiencies, increase cost savings and ensure worldwide standards
• Evaluate methods across geographies and publish accepted methods and best practices in order to build global process and policy consistency
• Prepare and distribute various reports and updates on the status of the project to various audiences, including executive management, functional management, partners, etc.
• Serve as internal spokesperson for the program/project
• Monitor and analyze performance and deliverables through evaluations and other quantifiable means; monitor and enforce applicable requirements and release activities
• Analyze program/project metrics and trends to evaluate success of overall program; anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate remedies
Qualifications and requirements:
• BA/BS, preferably in business and/or related fields
• 5+ years project management experience; project management certification is a plus
• Experience with operational processes and systems
• Must be a flexible and creative individual capable of managing multiple priorities and projects in a diverse environment
• Must be able to achieve results in a culture that favors collaborative decision making
• Excellent leadership and organizational management skills
• Excellent use of communication and productivity tools
• Superb verbal and written communications skills
• Proactive problem solving and self-starting individual
• Experience working with staff and stakeholders that are geographically dispersed is required
• Maintain enthusiasm, energy and focus in a variety of circumstances
