I need to make a acrobat form using JavaScript. Please use Acrobat Version X to program. Please DO NOT use Live-cycle to program your form. The form is a check writer that will be filled out by the user on the bottom and you make the activation (or button) to filled entire form with the information. There are several form field that you need to make and manipulate. It is a very simple JavaScript program if you already know it. I need this done by Tuesday, so you have to get this done ASAP The attached form is filled with notes. I will approve within 2 hours.
