hi, I would like to know whether you want to make a custom CRM or you want to implement new CRM like Sugar CRM which you have placed in your skill set. CRM is customer relationship management but its customer type and their dealing varies from industry to industry. I would like to know what type of domain is that where you will apply this system. Again if you want to make CRM system in general like Oracle apps or SAP then also tell me the volume of business and their customer volume. Like an example : if its telecom then SFM module is required to be implemented. Please discuss more. Regards Mit-

I would like to recommend you to opt SugarCRM as you can achieve all your mentioned features from SugarCRM.
