Creating Facebook social reader app

I need creating a Facebook social reader app for my WordPress [login to view URL] idea is that using the app would be the only way a visitor can read an article on my website. As you can see from the screenshots, the final result will be that when you click on any of the articles on the website, you are being redirected to the Facebook application where you should give a permission to the app to post on your behalf for all your friends to see. And also, after this, there should be an popup like box which you must click on, so you can read the article (i already have installed the Facebook TrafficPop™ for WordPress plugin). Once enabled, the app should share all the articles you read to your friends, every time you visit the website. The final result should be more traffic and more Facebook fans on my website fb page. If you can create the application and implement on my WordPress website apply for the job. The price is 30$.
