I need a simple, easy to use database for a small 4-10 person call center. I need a web based interface that will allow agents to log-in as unique agents and then pull up contact information for each business without showing them all the businesses in the database, ie one at a time, but will remember who got what record and not give the same record to the next agent.
I will need to update the record with the call disposition code (n/a, wrong number, hangup etc) as well as the agent and time of call. The Agents will also need to be able to update the information if it has changed ie name and address etc.
If the customer agrees, the agent will either create a sales lead or create a survey and that will need to be called up and assigned a unique identifier based on the customer and agent. Each agent and customer already has a unique identifier.
So, the way it would work in a survey example, agent log's in, "pulls" the next record, dials, talks to the customer who agrees to complete the survey, launches the survey and saves the data with the unique identifier as per above and that is all saved when completed, and so on. It will need to be customizable in that their will be different surveys etc that are completed over time although the customer information can remain static in terms of fields (although they are up datable).
Key data elements would remain constant but would be updatable
You could attach surveys results and so on to each database record
