Application Installation Script/Installer

I'm wanting a installation file/script set up to do the following on desktops PC's (win xp and 7): Run a batch file Run MS VC++ redistributable package Check .net framework if Version X or above installed do nothing else install version X Copy a folder and contents into the program files directory Create a shortcut from the exe in the above folder within the allusers directory The installer also needs to be cater for upgrades, which will essentially delete and replace the mentioned folder above. The script/installer may also need to incorporate issues around admin install permissions but we will tackle that once the provider is selected.
