Automatic WhoIs Web Scraper Needed - Permanent Project

I will pay $600 US Dollars per month on a permanent basis for this project. This is a $7,200 annual project that will continue permanently. I have very specific needs, and I need you to read thru this entire description, answer all my questions, and respond with my code word at the bottom. This tells me that you actually read this description as many bidders automatically submit a bid without reading. All bids submitted without this code word will be ignored. I need someone to automatically scrape the WhoIs information for domains that have just been registered by US registrants only. The WhoIs info I need is domain, registrant name, phone, address, company name, and email address in excel format. These domains have to be brand newly registered within the last 24-48 hours. IF YOU SCRAPE MANUALLY, THEN YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED. THIS PROJECT IS FOR A PROGRAMMER THAT CAN WRITE A SCRIPT, AND ALREADY KNOWS A SOURCE TO BE ABLE TO DO THIS WITHOUT LIMITATION. I will also provide you with keywords that must be contained within the domains etc. I will need to work with you closely, as I will be changing my criteria on a constant basis until I get it right...I need you to be available to me on Skype and email, and respond to my needs in a timely fashion.
