I'm running a whole sale company involved in purchasing and importing Items from other countries. My company a is need of a virtual customer service agent to act as a temporal replacement for a few weeks. The role will be to repond to call and emails from clients with reference to a format based on the type of inquiry or client. During this period I'll be in touch with the freelancer for any issue which may arise. The freelancer will be highly updated on the clients, policies and procedures of the company and a short period of training may be carried out if deemed necessary.
