Assist me with Bulk Marketing / eMail Newsletters

Hi; We have a small company that has some specialised software/services. Our product is well positioned in the Government, Law Enforcement, Legal and Banking sectors. The service we bring to life has 3 major steps. Step 1: We digitally record and store multi-person interviews. Step 2: We have the ability to "on demand" generate a completely diarised transcript of a multi-person meeting with time indices, speaker tags and audio/video embedding. This can be done in a number of languages. Step 3: We have a very powerful analytical engine that can determine sentiment, trends, analysis and performance metrics. We are about 6 years old and have a growing number of customers / partners and companies that are interested in working for us. It is getting hard to keep our ecosystem up-to-date on our progress. We now need to consolidate and make our communications more professional. The first step in this is to assemble an email list of people that are interested in our services and them to craft a regular newsletter that is relevant, informative and 'calls to action' the people we work with. I would like someone to help us manage an email / newsletter campaign. I am open to learning how to approach this in the most effective manner (I do not mean the cheapest). I need our newsletter to be very well crafted, well written, have solid content. I would like to see how effective each mailing is and I would like to be able to respond rapidly to requests from customers. If you have some knowledge on how CHAT BOTS work, this would also be helpful in building interactive newsletters!!! I think this is very important to us.
