Digg Auto Poster (Must Not Be Catch-able)

I need either a desktop application (no leaks, bugs, or OS-locking/crashing lemons please) or an online application that can easily uploaded to the webroot of my own website and then run against Digg to either post multiple/"fake" Diggs on an item or create "fake" user accounts quickly/and then post "fake" Diggs on a Digg item. I realize that this is spy-ninja programming work and that Digg is working very hard every day to try and STOP this sort of program from being workable, but I will need a six month guarantee of service from the program (in other words, I need a program that will not be caught for at least 6 months, otherwise it is not worth my while). Whether this guarantee is delivered in the form of a functioning one time program that will not be caught, or a functioning program that will most likely be caught, with the guarantee of immediate counter-measure updates to the program, should it become compromised by Digg... either of these I would be amenable to as long as it covers a six month period. After that,... you're off the hook. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Needs to work on XP Pro and Vista
