Create Registration Pages for Website

I need a Registration Page added to my website. This Registration Page would allow people to register for the math competitions that we conduct. The pages would provide input that would be maintained in a Microsoft Excel Sheet. We need to be able to track our participants by Name, Locations of Competition, Type of Registration, Email Address, and Phone #. The Registration Page would be connect to Google Pay and would configured to automatically send a Receipt and Certificate of Admission each time a person registers. Each registration would create a different control number that would be noted on the receipt, admission certificate and maintained on the Excel Sheet. I have designed the receipt and certificate, but they need to be created digitally so that they can be sent via e-mail to all newly registered persons. Also I need to pictures added to my flashing pictures on the front page of my website. I will upload the pictures. The website is via Joomla.
