I'm an entrepreneurial web strategy architect, so my AutoCAD skills are not why I'm contacting you.
My incentive is that the future commission can be quite lucrative, or a bomb, that's the risk factor.
The drawback is that the economy for even new real estate development is down, but then again, why buy a house now a days, whose title may be called into question a few years later, so there is an upside to this downturn: Build your own house! LOL
I will give you a formula you can use, the innovative side of my work only bores most people, it is more than I'll describe, but I'll hit the outline:
1. Your multi-million person market is on the internet, not only in America but potentially global.
2. Other companies are already successfully implementing what you want to do, some by more traditional marketing means, but the internet is the target, when you make it there, you make it everywhere. Benefit: We have a model to study.
3. Those companies are a model that can be tapped by various intelligence, but I'm concentrating on the web presence, promotions, and technical aspects of that deployment: The keys to tapping their success, is in their formula, and much of it can be ascertained. Like what? Promotional outlets they are using (on-line, but also by traditional(s), their approximate commercial marketing costs, their technical anatomy from the webserver(s), to the platform friendliness, to the visual presentation, to the web system anatomy, to the site anatomy, to why they are placing search juicy, sponsoring that effect, or other reasons for their reach.
4. This is not fantasy, this is what the web is, the more information (on the competition) in this phase, from the winning formulas the better, and they are not guesses, it is competitive modeling and intelligence. If they are spending 5k a month on PPC alone, are you prepared to take that on? If you are not, are you willing to take a smaller bite of the pie? In either way, I believe it could be sweet, but people have to be realistic, keywords alone are not doing it, it's an intelligence enterprise, based on ACCURATE information, and work. (are you willing for a patient intelligence phase? Do you have a budget diversifiable for experimental needs?
5. Within the above AND your own ideas, projections and goals, is the synthesized solution in theoretical form. An important point is to realize, that competitively, what may look like just another website could be a 15,000 dollar power information pod. I'm not saying this is the case, but knowing that is very helpful. But with the enormous populations on the internet, growing daily in every industry, field, and market, I can meet any goal within the given budgetary limitations. How many new customers do you want? What's the minimum you would not mind working off of as a foundation to feed it?
Before I could make in depth recommendations I will tell you limitations that I have seen from web businesses, and why the depth of the strategy requires recon time.
1. Many people think a guy from Craigslist is just going to do it. Yes the talent is there sometimes and the incompetents and scams, but in this high speed dynamic, a super market eco-system, it requires ONGOING work. How many SEO firms rotate out of the first Google page? ALL OF THEM. And they are on it daily. I'll teach you a system that requires taking in new knowledge and paradigm, and that's what the 10% of the web, that rule the 90% of the qualified traffic are doing. It is not going to be accidental. Being an architecture firm, or related, you realize that a house needs a plan, a GOOD plan, and implementation. The invisible architecture of the internet and web is no different. I'm an invisible architect, and the web before us, the successful element, is running on money, target intelligence, technical validity, and ongoing HARD work. That's the invisible end, the visible is running on clean simplicity or beautiful design power WITH optimum functionality, visual and in compelling or valuable message.
And of course, the leads and conversions, the qualified interest, a market population seeing the offering.
2. The formula is already there, extracting it requires patience, intelligence, time and money. I try to at least take my clients thinking to global proportions, and into intricacies that can work, and when your own personal formula is reached on a proof of concept implementation, it can be refined, and maintained innovatively, and upon it's basic success strategy.
Technical competence is a must, as is insight, and working as a team, because your vision, will affect mine for the better, and hopefully vice versa. I'd like to know more of what your goal is. Architect to architect.
