An exciting opportunity has arisen within a private Australian sexual massage company for a bright, bubbly Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. You are an experienced, well presented, highly organized Receptionist/ Administrator. You will be meeting and greeting clients, so a high level of presentation and customer service is required. You will be responsible for answering the phone,take booking , ensuring whole store is clean and tidy, organizing staff shifts also has basic computer skills .Competent cash handling and experience in completing revenue and balancing audits. Working closely with the senior manager you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly. As receptionist your duties will entail; organizing mail, managing store and formatting documents. In addition you will be good on presentation and talkative.
