Create Redirect Links in Magento Website from old CS-CART Website

We have recently moved our eCommerce site from CS-CART to Magento and ALL of the existing URL's on the previous CS-CART Website are not valid and being reported as not found by google webmaster tools. We are looking for a skilled freelancer that knows how to create 303 Redirects for the links on the old CS-CART website. There is approx 1250 links being reported as not found by Google Webmaster. All existing pages on the old website will require a redirect to the new website as there are a number of forums that link to our site and products. Magento and Google best practices must be applied to ALL work. Please message us for the URL on the old and new websites. Well will require an example / details on how you will complete these redirects within Magento.
