Build website that earns $1 per day, Adsense or CPA offers

Hello, I'd like you to build a website for me that earns an average of $1 per day (net profit) over a 30-day period. For example, if the site earns $3 per day, and it takes $2 per day to operate it then that would be acceptable. I'd prefer a html site, but wordpress is fine too (I just don't want the theme to look like a blog, unless that is absolutely necessary). You can use adsense or a cpa offer for monetization. Specifications: -All "whitehat" techniques -No adult offers -No gambling offers -No seasonal offers -SEO organic traffic preferred Here's how you'll be paid: 25% of bid will be paid once site has earned an average of $1 per day (net profit) for 10-day period 25% of bid will be paid once site has earned an average of $1 per day (net profit) for 20-day period 50% of bid will be paid once site has earned an average of $1 per day (net profit) for 30-day period When, you turn the site over to me I'll need to know everything that is required to manage it and keep it earning $1 per day.
