Assistance increasing website traffic (property)

Hello, The project (to start the beginning of January) would be to drive traffic to my new property website and increase registered users. The site is still being developed but it will be for landlords to advertise their properties in the hope to find new tenants. It focusses on private lettings (letting a property without the use of estate agents and therefoe saving lots of money for the landlord and the tenants). I would require your help to drive site traffic both potential landlords and tenants) to the site and to get properties listed on the website. Please bear in mind this is a website only for U.K. residents. You sound like this is work you would be good at? How successul do you think you would be at this (remembering it is for UK residents)?
