Advanced SEO and Keyword Development

Our website is receives an average of 200 unique visitors daily and is currently ranked 386,000 for the US on Alexa. Approx 76% of our visitors come from search engines, mostly Google. We have an extensive amount of content, blog production and keyword usage yet rank behind some of our competitors with far less content and functionality. Throughout the past three years we have internally updated our content to fit the accepted standards, using primary keywords in <h1> tags and including phrases and keyword content in <h2> tags. We have a blog that is updated relatively often with great keyword articles, some of the "tag" urls rank very well. In addition to these basic items we also keep relevant information in our "alt" tags, title tags and individual page meta content. As you can see we are not looking for the standard SEO "expert"; most would likely attempt to initiate actions that we have already completed. Instead, we are looking for someone who can determine why we are ranking less than our competitors, analyze that data and implement a plan to nudge us up 1-3 places.
