B2B Executives List - Phone Number Append

I have this initial list of around 200 plus senior executives (CXO, VP, Director level) of US Health Insurance companies (Health Plans and TPAs). These are in Midwest region. I need the direct phone number of these executives for a very focused outreach program for a niche offering. I have shared here a sample of 20 contacts. Based on the quality of data I receive in this pilot I will decide whether to outsource the remaining list of more than 2000 contacts across the US.
