Creative Resumes

Student Resumes is a start up business. We are seeking a team of editors that can write creative, tailored and quality resumes for people who are just starting out their careers. We focus on delivering quality resumes that can showcase the candidates skills without focusing solely on job experience. We are also serious about staying up to date with the latest technology and trends, to ensure that our resumes do more for our clients than the average person's. This will be an ongoing project. We will allow about 4 hours per resume from start to finish. You will be provided with a full profile of the client and examples of the types of jobs they are seeking. You will then need to creatively and effectively portray their skills in such a way that the employer will be convinced that they have found the right person. You may also be required to write personalised cover letters from time to time. Time spent on these letters will be no more than an hour. Creative thinking and an understanding of the corporate environment is a must. We will have a variety of design templates available for you to use. Guidelines and clear examples will also be provided to you as an introductory session should you choose to join the team as a freelancer. We look after the people that we work with, should we have any issues with your work it will be addressed positively and we will guide you towards what we are expecting. As this is a start up we are looking to pay closer to $5 an hour. However as business picks up and considering you provide us with quality work we are happy to pay you a higher hourly rate and implement commissions based on the amount of work you complete for us.
