Business Writing for Monthly Newsletter

I am looking for an experienced business writer to help write short articles (200-300 words) for a monthly newsletter. This job carries the potential to lead to many other business writing projects. For the month of December, I’m publishing an article on “Business Leadership”. The article needs to contain the following idea: When a business is growing, it must undergo changes in management style from a hands-on approach to one where the leaders learn to delegate. We are looking for an article that addresses this management issue shared by many business owners and provides a few tips (3-5 tips) on how to become a better leader. The article must be 200-300 words in length.
