Do some 3D Modelling

We are looking for someone to do 3D renders of a townhouse type building comprised of a one-bed underground apartment, a commercial unit at ground level and a two-bed duplex apartment. We would need:
- an exterior
- 3D floor plan of underground apartment, ground level commercial unit and top floor duplex apartment
- photo realistic interior scenes of a bedroom, bathroom and commercial unit (visual IPI's for interior design provided).
We want to use the final results for marketing purposes (to be used in brochures - signage - website) so high resolutions images and renders are necessary. UK building standards.
High standard results needed for beginning of January.
The finished product we are looking to get is in line with the following images attached (example 1, 2 and 3 and exterior). Floor plans will be provided as well as visual IPI of the interiors. Photo of the neighbouring buildings for exterior provided.
PS: work requires first draft review, amendments and final second review.
