I would like to help with your property layout, it is difficult to bid as I am not sure how many drawings are required. I would like to treat it like a parking lot with pre-defined lot sizes (minimum size per your need) and then parcel out the odd shapes that don't fit this footprint size. This should layout would be submitted to you for review and comments , then the comments are incorporated. Files can be in Revit, AutoCAD, DWF or PDF. Please advise on what you need. I would use Revit to accomplish this, the software has a lot of tools for Site Layout. I will post an example of a site plan I am working on now so you can get an example of the software.
