a plate (or shallow bowl) made from spiral tentacles.

I need this to be done by a brazilian modeller/modelling studio, because it suits that the product is aimed for the brazilian market. This is a plate (or shallow bowl) to be produced with: rapid prototype -> plaster/silicone mold -> ceramic cast/resin cast. it has a flat central circular surface, common to any plate, from which protude, to the sides, in a circular array, trimmed cones (or tentacles), which turn towards the the external circumference direction of rotation, in a spiral like manner (just like the outer beginning of a spiral), so they meld toghether, side by side (they also follow an ascending curve, so they comply with the concavity of the bowl. there are some other details to be done, like some forms to be bass-relief-ed, and regularly arranged, repeated protuberances. All dimensions and indications are provided, except the spiral-like curve, which will have to be figured out through mathematics (i have a basic idea on how this can be done, but I don't master the matehematical synthaxis) or trial and error by bending the tentacles through some nurb(bezier control, or by rigging (maybe first to achieve the flat surface and then bending it to achieve the bowl concavity, or if it's best, all at once). Further details would compromise the secrecy of the project; the main difficulty has been detailed. price should be around 150-300 USD.
