I have an apartment building with a floor plan I am happy with but the external image of the building is terrible. I am looking for someone to redesign the exterior of the building and produce a set of DWG and PDF drawings representing the upgraded design and then a 3D render of the building. This project is to be completed in 2 stages: Step 1: Preliminary sketches, design ideas and mark-up provided. If approved then proceed to step 2. Step 2: Existing DWG file which will be supplied has to be updated to reflect the new design. DWG and PDF files to be provided once complete. Also a 3D render to be supplied for the finalised design. If you are only interested in part of this work, please feel free to contact me to discuss which part you are interested in. DWG files to be provided to applicants with proven ability.
