Configure ODOO in Eclipse to run

Help set up ODOO 10 debug configuration in Eclipse on Windows 10. Need a teamviewer session to get the IDE working. I set up everything correctly except that import odoo says module not in path. Perhaps PYTHONPATH or pip install?
