A Startup's Website Needs Development from Naught

Thanks for getting to this post. We are new here to Freelancer and don't know much about the system like how it works and what makes us look more authentic. We are just eager to describe our project and sincerely in hopes that you are the one. We are here looking for a GEEK team/individual who is capable of building a website from the first line of code for our startup, because a most important partner, who is an absolute geek, has to be away for a couple of months. But the rest of us don't want to waste time waiting. We get what we want NOW. Due to a quite flexible budget plan and current technical advantages, we'd like to develop this website in Python or RoR accompanied by a corresponding front-end (HTML5+CSS3+ JavaScript) and database (MySQL). We don't want to be given any version that is adapted from an existing template, or that is very mediocre as it just combines cliche modules/elements. WE WANT SOMETHING NEW. You might be asking what the NEW thing is. Don't worry. We'll provide an Axure file, an SWO and any other explanatory document you request. The website serves as an online community where users can publish their own events/activities, invite their friends, rate the events and discuss about the events even with uploading multimedia files. We also want to have a timeline in realtime. Of course, each element of the web has to look simple and elegant, precisely arranged in every pixel. But you won't be working alone. Since we are very much user-oriented, at the same time, we'll be also working with you, designing the logo, buttons, images, and designating colors and styles, like what pages should be double columned and what pages should have some JavaScript effects. I believe there will be neat and efficient results from you and when we start redeveloping on the return of our technical partner, he should know what has been exactly going on throughout the initial development. So you are supposed to make this takeover smooth and swift. Of course, if we get stunned by the results, we won't hesitate to hire you to contin ue further development for us. This is a job that calls for your real ACE in the hole. If you don't have one, let's just leave a smile to each other. We need a responsible team/individual who won't skimp on our project. We strongly prefer Python (w/ Django), unless you have strong reasons to convince us that you should use other skills (like asp.net / php / java).
