Build and Setup Drupal site

I have a number of small projects that I need to have documented and then offered on the various sites, like Rent-a-Coder, and then to have managed through selection and delivery of the work. The initial scope is for two projects: 1) development, installation and setup of a Drupal website to support my business. 2) design, development and testing of a tool that can compare the transactions entered by two different applications into the same Oracle database to ensure they are identical. So, I seek someone who knows their stuff technically, is able to work with me to finalise the design, prepare documentation for suppliers, get cost-effective quotes, monitor quality and timeliness of delivery and ensure that we get what we asked for. In short, I am looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst. These first two projects need to be done ASAP and then there are about 4 others waiting to get started, so there is a pipeline for the right person/team. ## Deliverables I am looking for: a) a quote to deliver on the first two projects; b) a resume/portfolio proving your capabilities; c) references to back-it up. ## Platform na
